POSITION SUMMARY

Pay Range:
$40,000 -$75,000
What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent Guest service and develop a client base bybuilding lasting relationships with all Guests. Achieve sales goals with the effective use of our exclusivePersonal Sleep Profile to assess needs and makerecommendations. Learn and present products to customers to sellmerchandise. Work in and maintain a store environment you can be proud of tosupport the experience you deliver to your Guests. Engage in your community to create awareness about theimportance of sleep and how Sleep Outfitters can help. Execute company initiatives and demonstrate company values inall interactions, with Guests and Outfitters. Perform other duties as assigned.
