On-the-job training Safe work environment Lively atmosphere Our pawn shop is looking for a reliable Pawn Broker to assess the value of all types of items, from jewelry to electronics, that clients bring in and to arrange them on display. As a Pawn Broker, you must create and maintain relationships with valued customers. In this position, you will interact with diverse customers and clients while evaluating the value of items they bring in daily. The goal is to provide pawn loans on a variety of high-value items, such as jewelry and electronics. You should have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, service-oriented and be able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to pass criminal background check and willing to undergo drug test.

Responsibilities:

Over-the-counter purchasing and selling of used jewelry, electronics and other merchandise. Selling and buying of gold, silver and platinum bullion for investment purposes. Cleaning of equipment and tools for retail sales Overseeing daily operation of pawn shop to minimize costs and maximize profits.

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$8.50 – $11.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 38 per week
