We are adding an In-Side Sales Person to our Theodore, AL team! The In-Side salesperson plays a critical role in ensuring accurate orders while providing exceptional service to our customers. This associate has the opportunity many times each day to leave a final positive impression on our customers and their purchasing experience. This associate builds positive relationships with customers every day and ensures their needs are met. Hourly Full Time scheduled 50+ hours per week M-F and ½ day on Sat; hours may be required based on the needs of the Theodore Location. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties. Minimally must be able to lift 50 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance. What You Need to Succeed 3+ years of sales experience Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction). Must be 18 years of age. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
