You will assist with product demonstrations, manage inventory, and contribute to achieving sales goals through effective upselling techniques. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer experience. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Handle cash transactions accurately using the cash register and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on the sales floor and assisting with inventory management. Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support in their roles. Keep the sales area clean, organized, and visually appealing to attract customers. Skills Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in conducting product demos that highlight key features and benefits. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer needs. Proficient in cash handling practices, including operating a cash register accurately.
