We currently have locations at Schillinger Rd, Springhill Ave, Airport/Snow, and Saraland! We are looking to add a Sales Associate to join our amazing team! Job Overview In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs will be key to driving sales and ensuring a positive experience. Looking for an employee who meets the following criteria: Full-time, minimum of 32 hours per week Provides exceptional Customer Service Excellent Sales Skills Excels in a fast-paced environment Smiling, Energetic, Positive attitude is a must! Greet and Assist customers with transactions at the pay stations Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Actively participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Ability to assist customers on Point of Sale system (minor computer knowledge) Address inquiries and resolve any issues promptly for customers Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with customers and team members.
