Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Maintain positive and upbeat environment
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Recommend and sell products based on customer needs and preferences
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Answer and make phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with proper phone etiquette
• Demonstrate product features and provide information
• Maintain a clean and organized office space

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
• Cash handling experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills are a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
