As a Budtender, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers, guiding them through their purchasing decisions, and ensuring they have a positive experience. Your expertise in cannabis products will help educate customers on various strains, consumption methods, and effects. Duties Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences. Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits and uses of different strains. Maintain an organized and well-stocked display of products, ensuring all items are accurately labeled. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions and processing payments. Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise inventory management, including stock rotation and replenishment of supplies. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Experience with product demos is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for cannabis culture and knowledge of various strains and products is highly desirable. Must be at least 21 years old to comply with state regulations.
