Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Operate cash registers efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and conducting product demos. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about product features, promotions, and inventory levels to assist customers effectively. Requirements Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to perform cash handling duties accurately and responsibly. Basic understanding of retail math to assist with inventory management. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply for enhanced communication with diverse customers.
