The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining an organized store environment. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, assisting them in their shopping experience, and ensuring that the store meets its sales goals. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products to meet their needs finding the right THC/CBD product to help them. Utilize effective selling techniques to promote products and drive sales, including upselling when appropriate. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash register integrity. Maintain stock levels by organizing merchandise on shelves and ensuring that displays are visually appealing. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting regular stock checks. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Exhibit strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation of the store, including supervising new staff as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. candidates are encouraged to apply to better serve our diverse customer base. Proficiency in cash handling and retail math is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette. Hemp and Marijuana knowledge a plus.
