Crew Member Job Description Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare food items according to company standards and recipes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen, dining area, and restrooms
• Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or food service environment is preferred
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating order totals
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety guidelines is a plus
