This position is available at Shoe Dept. Encore 136 University Mall. 1701 Mcfarland Blvd. E, Tuscaloosa, AL 35404 What you should know: The Sales Associate assists with the daily operations of a shoe store in order to maximize sales and maintain operational company standards.
- Retail experience preferred.
- Participates in achieving sales goals.
- Possesses a passion for excellent customer service.
- Presents a clean and safe work environment.
- Assists with maintaining proper merchandise presentation and displays.
- Assists with the receiving of and stocking of merchandise.
- Adheres to company policies on opening/closing procedures.
