Sales Associate / Hardware Knowledge needed Southeast Ace Hardware Northport, AL 35476 Expectations To be committed to our Mission to “be helpful and provide amazing customer service” for each and every customer. Take initiative to assist customers with large or heavy items. Be punctual and available to work any time period and any day of the week. Practice the Helpful Core Values of Southeast Ace. Be willing to learn new skills and knowledge to assist our customers and team. Avoid distractions such as phone calls and excessive personal visits. Responsibilities Take care of customer needs (always takes precedent over any other task). Restock and front merchandise displays as needed Take responsibility for housekeeping duties including cleaning, sweeping, removing trash, etc. Take responsibility for tasks assigned by store management and team leads. Take initiative to stay busy or ask management for additional tasks. Perform any tasks necessary to ensure the store’s success.
