Outdoor Retail Associate Trader Bill’s Outdoor Sports 1530 Albert Pike Road, Hot Springs National Park, AR 71913 If you love fishing, hunting and boating, and are knowledgable about the sport, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to all sporting goods customers
• Assist customers in finding the right products for their needs
• Upsell additional products and accessories to enhance the customer’s experience
• Communicate effectively with customers in English and Spanish, if bilingual
• Operate cash register and handle financial transactions accurately
• Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
• Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
• Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise
• Maintain daily Maintenace on premises

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the sporting goods industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously We will work around a college school schedule if at all possible.
