Job Description:
As a Customer Relations representative at Crain Kia of Fort Smith, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients visiting the dealership. Your main duties will include greeting customers, answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Assist customers with inquiries about products and services
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on service requests and feedback
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Previous customer service experience is preferred
Knowledge of automotive industry is a plus
