Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos. Process transactions efficiently using the cash register and The Edge. Handle cash accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with pricing inquiries and product availability. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Uphold company standards for phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone. Requirements Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions. Proficiency in using cash registers and POS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers. Ability to perform basic retail math calculations for pricing and inventory management.
