Cafe Associate Between Rounds Bakery,Sandwich,Cafe 19 John Fitch Boulevard, South Windsor, CT 06074 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting in various operational tasks within our café environment. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs promptly. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. Support bussing and cleaning tables to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience. Utilize retail math skills to assist in inventory management and product restocking as needed. Maintain knowledge of menu items to effectively communicate options to customers. Requirement Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic retail math. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential for success in this role.
