Role:

Fine Fettle is seeking a Retail Team Lead to assist the General Manager in managing the dispensary’s operations. The Retail Team Lead will act as an extension of the Manager, assisting with the functions of supervising employees and overseeing the customer experience. Specifically, the Retail Team Lead will facilitate customer flow on the floor, helping to resolve customer issues as they arise. Furthermore, the Retail Team Lead will assist with pushing and pulling product and merchandise in real time response to circumstances on the floor. The ideal person for this role has experience in customer-facing retail positions. Success in this role will require excellent interpersonal skills and a high attentiveness to detail. Additionally, the Retail Team Lead must work well with colleagues and exhibit level headedness when handling customer issues. Primary Responsibilities Include, but

Are Not Limited To:

Provide excellent customer service practices to deliver a distinctive and delightful patient and customer experience, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy, etc.). Assist patients and guests with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, affects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration. Lead cash handling efforts from the sales floor to the back of house, including but not limited to: leading all the start of day and end of day cash procedures, facilitating cash drops throughout the day, and identifying and resolving any cash-related issues. Responsible for opening and closing procedures and processes. Support Manager with training of Agents to follow Standard Operating Procedures, as well as provide in-the-moment coaching. Conduct POS audits to ensure cash and scanning is efficiently executed. Retrieve merchandise and product from back-of-house to the registers in response to circumstances on the sales floor. Assist with returns, walk-in change orders, add-on or adjusted orders, and cash drops during the day. Assist with monitoring shift times and breaks for employees. Coordinate with Management to manage flow of daily ops in response to customer needs, including cash handling while opening and closing the facility. Organize the vault to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency and compliance. Assess inventory levels and accuracy of product on a daily basis. Fulfill orders in the vault. Operate inventory management software to ensure that data and information ports correctly to online menus. Input data into POS system Support Manager with training of Agents to follow Standard Operating Procedures, as well as provide in-the-moment coaching for inventory ops. Assist with returns, walk-in change orders, add-on or adjusted orders, and cash drops during the day. Answer inquiries and complaints of customers. Coordinate with vendors and ensure compliant deliveries.

Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma Retail experience is highly preferred Prior experience working in a fast paced, customer focused retail environment is advantageous Bilingual or proficiency in Spanish is beneficial Flexibility regarding work schedule Availability for evening and weekend shifts, including scheduled opening and closing shifts, is required. Knowledge about cannabis products, strains, and consumption methods is preferred Cannabis market experience is valuable but not required Ability to pass a Federal Background Check with no felony convictions
