Can you serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring clear and accurate communication between the sales team and multiple departments within a fast-paced office environment? Progressive Specialty Glass Company, a leading supplier of customized take-home souvenir glassware, is searching for a highly motivated Sales Support Representative for their company headquarters in Plainville, CT. Progressive’s Sales Support team is responsible for managing essential steps and processes resulting in shipping our souvenir glassware into our customer’s establishments throughout the U.S.

Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between the Sales Team, Customer and Internal Departments. Process orders within Sage and with our purchasing team. Interact with the Sales Team to ensure order accuracy and timely shipment of orders. Handle incoming requests from Customers. Ensure issues are resolved professionally, promptly, thoroughly. Track Customer invoices including payment, identify and follow-up on delinquent accounts, notify/update the department manager on problem accounts. Logistics experience preferred but not required. Provide back-up support when other team members are out of the office. Generate reports as requested.

Required Skills and Experience:

Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on timesaving, efficient solutions. Eagerness to cross-train and expand skills while maintaining attention to detail. Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor with a focus on precision in customer interactions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring clarity and accuracy. Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Previous MAS 200 experience preferred but not required for the right candidate. Proficient in MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong work ethic and a collaborative team player with a focus on precision. A strong work ethic and team-player mentality, always ensuring every task is completed thoroughly and accurately. This is a full-time, position (40 hours/week) that offers an excellent benefits package including vacation, health coverage and 401K with company match.
