Full-Time About the Role GALAA Windows is on a mission to disrupt the window market in Connecticut. We manufacture premium, European-style tilt & turn windows, right here in Plainville! With a grassroots mindset and big vision, we’re now hiring a Lead Sales Representative to spearhead new account growth, build lasting relationships, and establish GALAA as a serious force in the world of windows and doors. We sell to homeowners, builders & architects, supply houses, contractors, and more. Our focus is rooted in the residential new-home & commercial sector. This is a hybrid, outbound-focused role with regular local travel to meet builders, contractors, and high-end homeowners. Your goal? Land big jobs, fast. And earn big while you’re at it. What You’ll Do Lead our sales force to generate, nurture, and close deals with potential clients that you will source Develop and execute outbound strategies to acquire new B2B and B2C accounts Focus on high-volume projects for maximum commission opportunities Build trust-based relationships with builders, supply houses, contractors, and designers Read and understand specs, architectural drawings, and technical details Scout, plan, and lead territory expansion, dealer onboarding, and trade show presence Report directly to the owner and help shape how GALAA shows up in the market

Compensation & Perks Base Pay:

$50-80k+

Commission:

5 – 10% of sale
