We are currently seeking a Verizon Sales Associate to join our sales team. This Verizon Sales Associate role involves working directly with potential customers in designated retail spaces to support Verizon’s wireless sales initiatives. The Verizon Sales Associate will help connect individuals and families with Verizon’s wireless services. This position requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a results-driven approach. Verizon Sales Associate Responsibilities Represent Verizon in a professional and knowledgeable manner during in-person customer interactions. Assist in driving sales by supporting fellow Verizon Sales Associates, conducting product demonstrations, and answering customer questions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Verizon’s wireless and internet products, pricing, and current promotions. Help identify customer needs and recommend appropriate wireless solutions. Support the tracking and documentation of sales leads, customer feedback, and daily performance metrics. Work collaboratively with the Verizon Sales Associate team to meet individual and team sales goals. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and scheduled field assignments. Verizon Sales Associate Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Must have reliable transportation to assigned work locations.
