Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in finding the right products and services to meet their needs
- Conduct sales transactions using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to maximize sales
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales goals
- Knowledge of wireless technology and products is a plus
- Ability to learn technical aspects of products and explain them to customers This position requires a candidate who is motivated, customer-focused, and has a passion for technology.
