Pinnacle is a locally owned women’s clothing and accessories boutique in Washington Depot, CT, offering a curated selection of high-end fashion in a warm, welcoming environment. As we grow, we’re looking for friendly, motivated employees with an interest in fashion and customer service to join our team part-time.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a part-time Boutique Associate who is enthusiastic about fashion, dedicated to excellent customer service, and excited to be part of a growing boutique. As a key member of the Pinnacle team, you’ll support daily store operations, assist customers, and help maintain the boutique’s visual and operational standards.

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist customers Part of your role includes keeping the store clean and tidy—things like wiping surfaces, straightening up the floor, and making sure the fitting rooms look great throughout the day Restock items and help with inventory and tagging new arrivals Learn how to use our point-of-sale (POS) system to ring up purchases Support opening/closing routines and other store tasks Be a positive representative of the Pinnacle brand

Who You Are:

Available to work both weekend days and occasional evenings A high school or college student with a friendly, can-do attitude Interested in fashion, styling, or learning more about retail. Previous experience a plus Comfortable talking with people and offering helpful suggestions Responsible, punctual, and a team player
