The Retail Sales Associate position will also maintain a well stocked, organized store, and understand all of the products offered to guide customers toward the best possible shopping experience.

Retail Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Proactively interact with customers in the retail environment, sharing your knowledge and expertise while confidently addressing questions and concerns Develop an understanding of Frontier’s internet and devices, service plans, and bundled options to provide accurate, tailored recommendations to customers As a Retail Sales Associate, apply negotiation skills and collaborate with top-performing teammates to exceed sales goals Stay ahead of trends by analyzing what customers are seeking, customer needs, and the competitive pricing of products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop retail strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales

Retail Sales Associate Qualifications:

Experienceincustomer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or any role in a plus Reliable transportation is necessary for this in-person role A customer-first mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills A natural ability to engage, persuade, and earn customer trust Ability to handle basic math for cash handling in a plus Benefits of Joining the
