Work Remotely No Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate medical equipment or wellness products Demonstrate product functionality and features, including mobility aids, lift chairs, hospital beds, and more Process sales transactions accurately through POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom environment Receive and stock inventory, ensuring proper labeling and storage Coordinate with the delivery team for product availability and special orders Provide follow-up customer support as needed to ensure satisfaction Assist with in-store displays, merchandising, and promotional events Uphold On The Mend’s standards of care, professionalism, and trust
