We are a team of passionate industry experts committed to elevating our customers’ success through innovative products, education, and unparalleled support. About the Role We are seeking a dynamic, goal-driven Sales Consultant to join our growing outside sales team. This is a field-based position that involves regular travel throughout an assigned territory in the New Haven, CT area. The role includes mandatory biweekly in-person team meetings held in Fair Lawn, NJ to foster collaboration and professional development. As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be fully trained to represent our portfolio of premium salon brands and services. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing a profitable territory, forging strong relationships with salon professionals, and becoming a trusted partner in their success. What You’ll Do Manage and grow existing client accounts while actively prospecting for new business Present and sell a range of salon-exclusive hair and beauty products Introduce promotional programs, education opportunities, and brand initiatives Maintain a consistent field presence with weekly salon visits in your territory Attend mandatory in-person sales meetings every other week in Fair Lawn, NJ Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions Utilize company-provided tools (CRM, training, support) to maximize productivity What We’re Looking For Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion for sales and beauty Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals (beauty industry experience is a plus, but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients Willingness to travel regularly within your assigned territory Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Laptop, iPad or tablet with email access and Microsoft Office Basic computer skills Compensation & Benefits Base salary + uncapped commission and SPIFF opportunities No cap on commission – your potential is in your hands! Pay Range :
