Retail Appliance Sales Specialist Shore Appliances Groton, CT 06340 We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Appliance Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers looking to purchase appliances for their homes. You will play a key role in helping customers find the perfect appliances to meet their needs, providing expert advice and exceptional service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers, actively listening to their needs and offering tailored product recommendations. Demonstrate appliance features and benefits, showcasing their value and functionality. Provide accurate and up-to-date product information, including pricing, availability, and special offers. Assist customers with the selection of appliances, considering factors like size, features, energy efficiency, and budget. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Stay informed about new appliance technologies, trends, and promotions. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the appliance or home goods industry. Strong knowledge of household appliances, including features, brands, and energy efficiency. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
