Job Description
Under the supervision of the Front Office Shift Manager, the incumbent provides outstanding service to all VIP guests and their affiliates. High school diploma or GED equivalent as well as six (6) months to one (1) year of proven guest service experience in the hospitality, luxury retail, or similar high-touch environments. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as guest relation skills necessary to ensure total guest satisfaction. Must have the ability to handle sensitive information and interactions with discretion. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor. Must have flexibility to work weekends, nights, holidays and irregular hours as needed. Must possess basic math skills necessary to accurately calculate and process guest payments; required to pass a basic math test. Required to become proficient with department specific computer programs. Position requires prolonged periods of standing, walking and sitting. Extensive periods of keyboarding are also required. Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
