Retail Sales Associate Double L Market 730 Post Rd E, Westport, CT 06880 Double L Market has been part of the community since 1985, sourcing and supporting local farms and artisans. As a team member you will be immersed in every aspect of the workings of the store

Key Responsibilities Include:

Interacting with customers to provide professional and warm customer service Learning and promoting store products Collaborating with coworkers to improve store performance Maintaining sales displays Packing and labeling products Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to health and safety standards Participating in trainings, meetings, and new product development Assisting with product inventory Opening and/or closing the store.

Key Qualifications:

Weekend availability Ability to self-manage, multi-task and be a self-starter Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment as part of a team and interact effectively with others

Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods of standing and walking around the retail floor Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Moderate bending, crouching, reaching, pulling, and pushing Regular speaking with customers This position is available to candidates aiming to work anywhere from 40-45 hours per week.
