The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests with purchasing wash packages
• Process payments using a POS system as well as the pay stations in the parking lot
• Provide information about our wash packages and unlimited memberships
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously
• Upsell wash packages to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions
• Experience in retail sales, jewelry sales, or grocery store environments is advantageous
• Ability to upsell products or services to increase revenue
• Ability to be in the sun for extended amount of time
