Your primary responsibilities include assisting customers, managing inventory, and maintaining store appearance. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help drive sales and foster customer loyalty. You will be upholding PunkOuter’s high standards of cleanliness. Merchandising and restocking while ensuring inventory is accurately maintained. Conducting Point of Sale transactions using best practices for accuracy and accountability. Supporting the staff and boosting morale Ensuring that all customers and players have a superior experience at PunkOuter. Serving craft beer, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages. Staying up to date with PunkOuter’s event calendar Proactively creating connections with customers and players. Contributing to PunkOuter’s goal of cultivating a safe and welcoming space for our diverse community. Helping to enforce PunkOuter’s Code of Conduct. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry merchandise, and perform other physical tasks related to store operations.
