Who you are 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of experience in retail sales or hospitality Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends Knowledge of wine, beer and spirits Excellent customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What you’ll do Greet and welcome guests Answer questions about wine and spirits Make recommendations based on a guest’s needs and preferences Efficiently operate a point-of-sale terminal Maintain inventory levels Keep the store clean and organized Participate in marketing and promotional events Have a strong understanding of The Good Pour brand, mobile app and charitable efforts Continue to learn through online modules and in-person staff trainings Physical requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to climb, bend and reach Ability to stand for long periods of time Ready to join our responsible retail movement?
