Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service tailored to individual cosmetic, skincare, and fragrance needs Strong in sales and suggestive selling, with the ability to meet and exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals Expert in makeup application and skincare consultations Analyze business performance through daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales reviews Stay informed of the advertising calendar and ensure proper execution of events and promotions Maintain stock levels and adhere to visual merchandising guidelines Be knowledgeable about a wide range of beauty products and current industry trends Work both independently and collaboratively as part of a motivated and goal-oriented team
