This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers. You will be responsible for handling transactions, stocking merchandise, and assisting customers with their inquiries. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability. Bilingual prefer to enhance customer knowledge and drive sales. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with POS systems is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
