DAY IN THE LIFE

As a Customer Service / Sales Support Rep , you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries while supporting our sales team with day-to-day operations. This role blends administrative duties, phone/email support, and CRM management. You’ll process new account info, handle registration/cancellation requests, and respond to warranty coverage questions with professionalism and care. This is an in-office role reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with a tight-knit department of 3 team members and a broader office of ~15 people.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails Process warranty registrations, cancellations, and verifications Review and input new dealer account information into the CRM Provide daily support to field sales reps Assist with basic office tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry Learn program terms and conditions to resolve coverage questions confidently Ensure excellent customer service and professional communication at all times

QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of customer service or warranty/insurance call center experience preferred Associate degree preferred Strong phone, email, and organizational skills High proficiency with Microsoft Office Familiarity with auto-related products (tires, warranties, paint protectants) is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail m2tNhuVtif
