Entry Level Sales Team Member:

Identify potential customers and sales opportunities by following up on the warm leads provided by the client Present products and services to customers in a detailed, informative and complimentary manner, highlighting the potential benefits of each plan to the customer Build lasting, quality relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and accurate information before, during, and after the point of sale Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of product knowledge and strong active listening skills by recommending plans that meet the customer’s needs and wants Address any and all customer questions or concerns regarding pricing, service coverage, billing policies, and technical issues to ensure customer retention and satisfaction Qualifications of an

Entry Level Sales Team Member:

Previous experience in sales and/or customer service is preferred (not required) Critical thinking skills, ability to overcome customer objections during the sales process Ability to juggle multiple leads and follow-ups simultaneously Able to stand/walk for extended periods of time A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn

$800.00 – $1,150.00 per week
