Responsibilities Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs. Demonstrate thorough knowledge of product features and benefits and make recommendations to address customer needs. Upsell additional products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales volume. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
