The overall purpose of this role is to complete administrative sales tasks and act as a subject matter expert for questions and escalations around sales systems and processes. This reports directly to the Manager of International Sales Support, and collaborates closely with the sales team and interacts with global teams. Duties and Responsibilities Maintains all system related functions to create Sales Orders and track key order updates in Asia using X3, SAGE, and G Suite for Incoterm and Domestic customer PO’s. Works with internal teams to initiate and follow the complete order cycle from creation to shipment. Ensures the accuracy of information being passed to all departments, (i.e., sales, procurement, Asia and finance). Review license approvals for specific territories and work with our Legal team to ensure licensed rights before order creation. Maintains knowledge of your monthly Territory order and shipment goals to ensure this is being met by escalating to appropriate leaders in order to achieve this. Monitor the process, identify strangleholds, and propose improvements/solutions. Communicate with internal departments for order requirements such as packaging, or special requests. Assist Sales team and Customers with sample requests as needed. Assist Sales team with item and material information as needed for logistical data reporting. Expedite sales process by facilitating requests with appropriate internal groups, coordinating completion, and ensuring timely responses. Perform other duties as assigned

No Required Qualifications Education/ Years of Experience High School Diploma or GED required 2 + years of experience in an account management or similar role 2 + years of administrative experience Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAO’s) Must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment but able to maintain composure when under pressure. High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of Intercoms shipping. Excellent problem solving abilities Have an upbeat personality and can do attitude. Proficient at Microsoft office and Google suite products, with strong skills in excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing Experience in a global company Multilingual a plus
