In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their jewelry selections, and ensuring a welcoming shopping experience. The ideal candidate will possess possess prior jewelry sales experience, strong sales skills and a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting jewelry items that meet their needs and preferences. Utilize effective phone etiquette to handle inquiries and provide information about products and services. Operate the POS system accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases while maintaining a positive shopping experience. Maintain an organized stock area, ensuring that all merchandise is displayed attractively and replenished as needed. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Experience Previous retail sales experience is highly preferred, particularly in a jewelry or luxury goods environment. Familiarity with the Edge POS a bonus Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele; bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
