Provide support in retail sales activities, including promotions and product displays. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to ensure repeat business. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred, particularly in a dealership or similar environment. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math is essential for accurate transaction processing. Strong negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and close sales successfully. Experience with order fulfillment processes is a plus, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. A proactive attitude towards learning about market trends and product knowledge will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
