Retail Sales Associate Vice City Vapes 1128 North Federal Highway, Hollywood, FL 33020 Job Summary Vice City Vapes is opening and operating a World of Smoke & Vapes location in the heart of Hollywood! We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn and motivated to grow with the company. In this dynamic role, you’ll be tasked with driving sales, ensuring an exceptional customer service while retaining a vast knowledge of our product, maintaining the store and our inventory, and contributing to the success of the store itself. Your first day will be sometime towards the end of August, and will consist of up to a month of training while we prepare for opening in September. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable recommendations to ensure customer satisfaction. Handle the POS system and cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper accounting and cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain stock levels by replenishing shelves, organizing merchandise displays, and properly barcoding as well as conducting regular accounting of inventory. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Collaborate with team members with integrity and transparency to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work atmosphere. Skills Strong understanding of retail math principles for effective inventory management and sales. Proven sales skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in stock management and visual merchandising within a retail environment. Proficiency with POS systems, basic computer applications and cash handling skills, ensuring accuracy in transactions and inventory. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally. Familiarity with smoke and vape operations is a plus. You will be expected to learn and maintain a vast knowledge of our products. candidates are encouraged to apply, as this can enhance customer interactions.
