Full Job Description Sales Associate Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and providing exceptional service to customers. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and creating a positive shopping experience for our clients.

Duties:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and preferences
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Actively promote and sell merchandise to achieve sales targets
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Requirements:

• Previous smoke shop experience is a plus.
• Must give outstanding customer service.
• Proven experience in sales is a plus but not required , with a focus on vape, cbd, and kratom products.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicatewith customers and team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, displays, and customer orders
• A passion for Sales and the drive to exceed targets
• Ability to sell products while delivering exceptional customer service
