Join an esteemed dental practice and in this dental treatment coordinator role, you will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Your key responsibilities for the dental treatment coordinator will include: Reviewing treatment plans with patients, discussing procedures, costs, and insurance coverage Coordinating patient schedules and ensuring timely follow-ups Assisting with insurance verification and claims processing Discussing financial options and payment arrangements with patients Providing outstanding customer service and addressing any patient inquiries or concerns

DAYS/HOURS

Monday and Tuesday 7:30

• 5:30 (one hour lunch) Wednesday 9:30
• 7:30 Thursday 8:30
• 6:30 Friday
• an optional day if want more hours.

Can do some CE on that day

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales person with an interest in dental Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (Spanish) is a big plus Knowledge of dental insurance procedures and terminology or a willingness to learn Proficiency in basic computer skills
