Assist customers with product selection and provide product demonstrations to enhance their shopping experience. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain an organized stock area by supervising inventory levels and restocking shelves as needed. Utilize basic math skills to perform retail math calculations for pricing, discounts, and sales. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations. Uphold phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries via phone. Support promotional activities and assist in visual merchandising efforts to attract customers. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience using a cash register is advantageous. Basic math skills are essential for performing retail calculations accurately. Strong communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Experience in supervising or training new staff is a plus, enhancing team productivity.
