Position Overview We’re hiring an in-house Sales Representative to help us grow and support our national network of smoke shop accounts. This is a commission-only role with a $1,000 bonus when you close $10,000+ in monthly sales. You’ll be responsible for high volume outbound calling and converting new leads, consistently following up until the deal is closed, and managing your own book of business to drive repeat orders. You’ll work in-house at our South Florida office alongside a passionate, fast-paced team. Responsibilities Call and close new qualified leads (smoke shops across the U.S. Manage your full sales cycle — from first contact to reorder Maintain and grow your book of business with recurring sales Log activities and track pipeline using our CRM Hit monthly KPIs and revenue targets Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience required (B2B or phone sales preferred) Strong closer with confident follow-up skills Highly self-motivated and performance-driven Organized, coachable, and comfortable working commission-only Experience in hemp, cannabis, or smoke shop sales is a plus Compensation & Perks Commission-only pay — unlimited earning potential Commission – 15% on first time order / 10% on re-orders $1,000 bonus when you hit $10,000/month in sales Daily leads, CRM access, sales tools, and training provided In-office hours: 10AM-4PM, Monday-Friday Work with high-quality products and a brand built for long-term success to join a company that’s elevating the game — and rewarding the sales reps who help us grow.
