Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Associate to join our parts department. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Cummins and Autocar parts, experience using CDK Dealer Management System, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist walk-in and phone customers with parts inquiries and orders Identify and locate correct Cummins and Autocar parts using catalog systems and CDK Process sales orders, returns, and inventory updates in CDK Build strong customer relationships to promote repeat business Coordinate with service and inventory teams to ensure accurate fulfillment Maintain knowledge of new products, promotions, and manufacturer updates Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and

KPIs Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy-duty truck parts sales, preferably Cummins and Autocar Proficiency in CDK Dealer Management System is required Strong knowledge of diesel engine components and truck systems Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
