Job Description:

As a Smoke Shop Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an outstanding shopping experience. You will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your friendly and approachable demeanor will be key in building rapport with customers and ensuring their needs are met.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner. Provide expert knowledge and recommendations on tobacco products, smoking accessories, and vaping supplies. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Maintain a clean and organized store appearance. Restock shelves and merchandise products, making sure accurate inventory. Verify customer IDs and enforce age restrictions for certain products. Stay up-to-date with product trends and industry regulations. Assist in inventory management and stock ordering. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. Follow all safety and security procedures.

Qualifications:

Previous retail sales experience preferred, not necessary a smoke shop or related industry. Knowledge of smoking accessories, tobacco products, and vaping supplies. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. Basic computer skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. A passion for the smoke shop culture and products. Ability to lift and carry moderately heavy items.
