You will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers with their orders. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area, including equipment and utensils. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for order processing. Assist with upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours. Perform other duties as assigned by management to support restaurant operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of food safety practices and sanitation standards. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively. Basic knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks as needed.
