Bowland Port Charlotte Join the Bowland Port Charlotte team as a Guest Services Representative and help us deliver the ultimate WOW experience to every guest! You’ll play a key role in making sure each visitor feels welcomed, informed, and ready to enjoy everything our center has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests as they enter the bowling center and assist with lane assignments. Keep bowler areas, lane approaches, and ball returns clean and organized before seating new guests. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) and public address (P.A.) systems. Accurately process payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions. Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and page guests as needed. Promote our bowling specials, food and beverage offerings, leagues, and upcoming events by engaging directly with guests. Work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Perform other tasks as assigned to support overall center operations.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older . Outgoing, personable, and committed to delivering excellent guest service. Able to multitask in a fast-paced entertainment environment. Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends. MOTJD9ai5n
