This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our store during the overnight hours. The Overnight Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock, and assisting with sales activities. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring all cash handling procedures are followed. Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels, ensuring products are displayed correctly and attractively. Assist in product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer engagement. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure operational efficiency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store during overnight shifts. Perform basic math calculations for inventory management and cash handling tasks. Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or directing calls. Experience Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling processes and basic math skills are essential. Experience in sales or product demonstrations is a plus.
