The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. Process transactions accurately using the cash register and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly with professionalism. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Assist in supervising junior staff when required, providing guidance on best practices in customer service and sales. Must be 21 years old. Experienced in upselling. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills related to retail operations. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
